As of the middle of March, Sky will be installing High Definition single tuner boxes on multiroom installations, the unused stock of standard definition boxes will be used as service replacements.

 

The new boxes have no RF loopthrough, so cannot be distributed via the aerial distribution system and TVLinks, but do have a USB and Ethernet oulet which we suggest is for future networking with the main HD box.
